All of our products get drop shipped directly from our sponsored dealers or distributers. We do not currently stock any items but all of our sponsors do stock these items. If an item is out of stock and you backorder it we will ship your order when it becomes available.
Prices are subject to change and our dealers might change the prices on an item listed and it might not reflect the correct price on this site. If the price is not correct we will notify the customer and give them an option of a refund or to pay the difference. If you have any questions about the products listed or any products in general please try to ask them in the FORUM.
Sniper Company, LLC reserves the right to refuse a sale and issue a refund to the customer at any time.
Shipping Policy
Most of our orders ship same day with a cut off time of 3:00pm EST with standard shipping being UPS Ground 3-5 days.
HAZMAT items have a fee of $20 charged by UPS and if ordering multiple items might have to be shipped in different boxes. For example if you order primers and gun powder there would be (2) $20 HAZMAT charges since these items have to be shipped in separate boxes.
Liked or similar items can be shipped in the same package and would only have the single HAZMAT charge.
ALL HANDGUNS must be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air this is regulated by UPS and their shipping policies. If you purchase a firearm and do not select 2nd Day Air we will adjust your account for you and notify you of the charges.
All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer in your state, please check with local authorities regarding your states firearms regulations.
NFA items such as suppressors, short barreled rifles, or machine guns can take 3-6 weeks to get approval by ATF for transfer to your dealer.
Return Policy
All returns must get return authorization approval by phone or email within 7 days of delivery and are subject 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is expected to pay for return shipping back to us. Customer has choice of replacement products, store credit, or refund upon receipt returned products.
All returns must be new and not used no exceptions, if you mount a scope or alter a product in any way we cannot return them. Consider the nature of products that we sell and we would not want to make a mistake of selling a used product to a customer.
We cannot accept returns on any ammunition due to liability. |
