My only experience with IOR was with the 3-18X42 FFP.
It went tits up on me during a match (although I later found out my rifle had an issue as well...a series of unfortunate events).
I contacted Liberty Optics ( despite not having actually bought the scope from Scott) and he referred me to IOR as well as gave me the direct line for whom I needed to contact. This was almost 2 years ago so the name escapes me.
Either way, service was quick. I sent them the broken scope and they sent a NIB no questions asked. I immediately sold it due to the recurring issues with the 3-18X42 FFP line but from what I saw, their CS was in tune with customer needs.
I'm IOR shy as far as product now, but at least their CS was great.
From what I understand, that Scope model was the only one to have consistent issues. The SFP version has apparently never had large scale issues.
I'm on the fence about them but they do back their warranty exceptionally well.
